ORDERING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING LEAD TIME

Standard Shipping Orders placed by 2PM EST will typically be shipped out of our warehouse in 1-3 working days. As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking number will also appear on your “my account” page, under the relevant order.

 

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Your orders will be shipped with UPS, or FEDEX.

 

ORDERING PROCESS

We are able to deliver to all countries excluding Iceland, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, South Korea and Iraq.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume/country ordered.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required.

According to Fedex or Ups, remote areas vary according to the zip code. Accordingly, you will be charged a extra fee of more than 20 euros.

 

Local Tax

Orders may incur customs fees that are charged upon the package reaching your destination country. DR.CINIK ® SHOP has no control over customs and import taxes. Customs and import taxes may vary widely depending on the country you are situated in

Due to this reason, some infomation during checkout may be requested to make sure that the information your customs require is not missing and the order arrives at your address with no delay. Customs tax documents can be sent to you through the carrier after the customs procedures or this process can also be during the customs process. This has nothing to do with us as Cinik, it has to do with you and your country’s customs.

SALES TAXES

 

DR.CINIK ® SHOP brand is part of a larger company with physical locations worldwide. DR.CINIK ® SHOP is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Taxes apply to most merchandise, but some states exclude certain items, like food products. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY

Returns are easy and convenient. You may return or exchange any unopened product cartons within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, less original shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by the makers of DR.CINIK ® unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

If you purchased a 6-month or 12-month supply, you must return the entire supply (unopened and unused) within the first 30 days after purchase for a refund or exchange.

Our Customer Care officers will guide you with clear information on how the product may be returned, the addresses that the product may be returned to and a RETURN LABEL, in case it is necessary.

 

Please ensure that you have the original FedEx, UPS, or USPS box that was shipped to you, in order to facilitate your return. In case you already put away the original package, please ensure that you properly sealed the product, re-packed in a proper way, in order to make sure that it is not damaged during back-transoport.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGES

Please call us or write to us right away from the below-given contact information, if your order arrived in a damaged condition or if a packaging error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will provide instructions on what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.

EXCHANGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please inform our customer care team first by sending us an email at [email protected].

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email, notifying that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within latest 7-10 working days of the refund being confirmed by our team to you. If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 working days of the team confirming this, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

You are free to cancel your order before the shipping at any time. You can cancel your order from the system or simply write to us, for the cancellation, before the item is shipped. Shipping confirmation is always send once the order is handed over to the courieer, and a tracking code is provided.

If you have decided that you no longer wish to receive your order or this was done by mistake, we advise you to refuse the order upon delivery to avoid return fees for yourself. If this is accepted and you still wish to return this back to us please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
