Delivery and Returns Policy
This Delivery and Returns Policy has been prepared by Core Sağlık Hizmetleri Ve Kozmetik Ürünleri İmalat San. A.Ş. (“Company”) in order to inform customers about delivery, return, withdrawal, and refund processes applicable to purchases made through the Company’s e-commerce platforms.
This Policy forms an integral part of the distance sales relationship established between the Company and the customer.
Delivery and Shipping
Products ordered through the Company’s website are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer during the order process. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.
Orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the product or order confirmation page, subject to stock availability and operational conditions. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, logistics provider, customs procedures, and local regulations, particularly for international shipments within the European Union.
